(More customer reviews)I shied away from the other brand's box spring encasement due to the poor reviews it received. I will say that this is not as heavy as the mattress protector, but is heavier than the Protect-a-bed, not so paper-like. It fit well but not too snugly, zipped up tight and will work fine to prevent anything from possibly entering the box spring. Happy I purchased it.
