(More customer reviews)These are standard glue traps for mice and insects, which is why bed bugs -- and anything else that touches the surface -- will be "instantly immobilized." They can be used either in box form (with the glue on the inside) or flat (with the glue on the top surface). They are only effective in trapping bed bugs if used flat under the bed legs with the glue surface exposed. These are advertised as pet safe. I can't imagine why. What do you think will happen if the cat walks on it?
Wouldn't have purchased these if they had been more clearly described.
